Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Foundation Men, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

The service provides bounded AI skin-tone direction, foundation-finish previews, and hairstyle previews. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as we improve quality, cost, safety, and private-media handling.

Accounts

AI execution requires a verified account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Photos and Permission

Submit only safe-for-work photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not submit another person’s image without authorization, images of public figures for impersonation, sexual content, graphic violence, or content that violates law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, bypass credit or rate limits, probe private media, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or use results for identity fraud, harassment, discrimination, medical decisions, or sensitive-attribute inference.

Credits and Paid Plans

New verified accounts may receive 8 one-time promotional credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be limited or withdrawn to prevent abuse. The Analyst uses 1 credit for a usable completed result. Generated previews show the current server-provided cost before confirmation. Verified failures are not charged or use the documented compensation path.

Paid subscriptions provide the credit allowance shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew credits each billing period. Annual plans are billed annually and renew their stated credits monthly. Unused subscription credits do not carry forward unless the plan explicitly says otherwise.

Stripe processes checkout and billing. You authorize the displayed recurring charge when you subscribe. You can manage cancellation and eligible plan changes from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period except where required by law or explicitly stated during checkout.

AI Result Limitations

Results are generated or inferred from one processed image. They may be incomplete, incorrect, or visually inconsistent.

• The Analyst is not medical advice and cannot identify an exact retail foundation shade.
• Foundation previews cannot reproduce a specific product, formula, oxidation, camera, lighting, or in-person appearance.
• Hairstyle previews are inspiration, not a guarantee of what a barber can reproduce.
• Generative output may change identity, facial hair, skin texture, hairline, lighting, clothing, or background despite preservation instructions.

Use a real swatch before buying foundation and consult a qualified barber before a major haircut.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Private Results and Deletion

Private results normally expire after 30 days and can be deleted sooner. Temporary input photos have a shorter lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for saving any result you are permitted to keep before it expires.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service or reliance on an AI result.
