Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains how Foundation Men handles account data, uploaded photos, AI-generated results, and service usage. The launch product provides private AI skin-tone direction, foundation-finish previews, and hairstyle previews.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, profile name, verification status, and credit balance.
• Billing records such as plan, payment status, order identifier, amount, currency, subscription status, and credit grants.
• A photo you choose for a specific Foundation Men task.
• Structured task records such as selected preset, task status, credit transaction proof, result fields, request ID, timestamps, and errors.
• Technical and usage data needed for security, abuse prevention, analytics, and service reliability.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Foundation Men does not store full payment-card details. Stripe receives the payment information needed to complete checkout and manage billing under its own privacy policy.

Photo Preparation and AI Processing

The browser redraws and resizes the selected photo before upload. This working copy removes ordinary embedded metadata. After you confirm a task, the processed photo is stored privately for temporary AI access and sent through our AI processing infrastructure only to complete the requested analysis or preview.

The Analyst describes bounded visible cosmetic cues. It does not diagnose a condition or infer race, ethnicity, religion, health status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other sensitive attributes.

Retention

• A completed Analyst task removes its source photo. Only the structured result may remain in private history for up to 30 days.
• Simulator and Hairstyles inputs are removed after the terminal task. Interrupted inputs expire within 60 minutes and are removed by scheduled cleanup.
• Successful generated previews remain private for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner.
• Foundation Men does not provide a public gallery and does not use private uploads as marketing content.
• Account, billing, security, credit, and audit records may be kept longer when needed to operate the account, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse, resolve credit state, or comply with law.

AI providers process task inputs and outputs under their own infrastructure and policies. We do not claim provider-side zero retention or no-training behavior unless that behavior has been separately verified and disclosed in the product.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We share only the data needed with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and AI service providers that help operate the requested feature. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Security

Photos and results use private object storage, short-lived task-scoped input access, authenticated result routes, encrypted transport, and account ownership checks. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Controls

You can delete individual retained results from private history. You may also request access, correction, or account deletion by contacting us. Deleting a result cannot reverse processing already completed by an external AI provider.

Cookies and Analytics

Foundation Men uses an HTTP-only authentication cookie and may use first-party analytics or similar measurement to understand page visits, uploads, task completion, and errors. We do not place private photo bytes or raw AI responses into analytics events.
